All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise Stripe to charge the amount shown at checkout. Unite Martial Arts LLP does not store your payment card details.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Your Freedom Life Plan Workshop place is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will work with you to find a date that suits you within that period.
We reserve the right to reschedule a workshop date with reasonable notice.
If we reschedule and no suitable alternative date is available within your 12-month window, we will offer a full refund.
The Freedom Life Plan: You may request a full refund within 7 days of attending the workshop.

The Calm & Capable Handbook: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

All refunds will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

These are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without our written permission.
The £100 voucher included in The Freedom Life Plan may be applied to any future Unite Martial Arts course or workshop, or used to bring a friend to an event at no additional cost to you.
The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.
Our programmes are designed to build personal awareness, confidence, and practical communication skills. They are not a guarantee of physical safety and are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or emergency advice.
Unite Martial Arts LLP accepts no liability for outcomes arising from the application of techniques or strategies discussed in our programmes.
Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.
All content provided as part of our products - including written materials, workbooks, app content, and workshop materials - is the intellectual property of Unite Martial Arts LLP. You may not reproduce or distribute any of it without our written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL. Your continued use of our products following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
